wan
“wan" is a simple one-piece derby.
A photo of very beautiful shoe last was posted on Instagram by an Austrian shoemaker.
"The last was referring to the vintage wooden last made in the 1930s in England", he said.
I told him, "I’m jealous because there aren't many vintage last like that."and he said "I have some similar last, so I can give you.". He kindly handed over one of them.
The last used for “wan” is shaped by incorporating the essence of the beautiful proportion of the vintage last that was handed over.
The design is simple so that you can see a beautiful shape with a good balance of straight lines and curves.
The shape is beautiful and simple, so even if you choose smooth leather, it will be cool, and even the leather with strong texture such as embossed one, it will not be too exaggerating.
