2. Discussion of shoe specification

We will discuss the detailed specifications of shoes by email or message app.

3. Sending fitting shoes to you

We will send you fitting shoes after asking for foot size information.

* At this time, please make a payment for a half price of total amout as a deposit.

4. Trying on fitting shoes / Fitting check

Please try on the fitting shoes and check if there are any problems with the fitting.
We will adjust the last as needed before proceeding with the production.

5. Return of fitting shoes / Production of the final shoes

After returning the fitting shoes, we will proceed with the production of the final shoes.

* If you would like to cancel the order, we will refund the deposit excluding the shipping cost of the fitting shoes.

6. Sending you the finished shoes

We will send you the finished shoes after the production.

* At this time, please make a payment for the remaining amount and the shipping fees for fitting shoes/final shoes.

* In case that you did not return the fitting shoes, we will refund the half price excluding the cost for fitting shoes and the shipping fee of the fitting shoes.
